We’ve joined together with New Medlock House right next door to give customers the best of both worlds: you’ll find our office and show flat in Parkway Gate, but you can also use the facilities at New Medlock House. There are great transport links, so a short bus ride will also take you to the bustling student area of Fallowfield and right into the heart of the City. There are a number of bars, clubs, theatres and restaurants nearby. Oxford Road train station and a Metrolink station are only 5 minutes walk from the property, meaning that everything Manchester has to offer is within easy reach.

Find how much it costs to stay with us in 2010/11

1. Refundable deposit - this is to reserve your room. If you cancel before you move in, we keep £250.00 of it. See our cancellation policy for full details. We keep the deposit while you live with us, and at the end of your tenancy, assuming the room and its belongings (including the shared kitchen and lounge areas) are in the same condition as when you moved in, and you've paid all your rent, you'll get it right back.

2. Instalment fee - this covers our admin costs if you want to split your payment up over 8 or 10 months.

3. Credit Card surcharge - if you pay by credit card, a 1.5% surcharge will be added.
